When an order is accepted on our website we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your inbox or spams. If you didn't receive a confirmation email then your order has not been accepted.

Please note, that if you change your shipping country during checkout, this may affect which currency you pay in.
If the order is already sent, we can't stop it. But you'll be able to return it and have a refund.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-9 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use GLS for Europe and UPS for overseas shipments.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. We accept returned items within 60 days following the delivery of your order. You may try on the shoes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: not used and with the original tag attached.
Return costs of unwanted goods are paid by the buyer.

When your return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible and within 2 business days. When processing is complete and the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days before the amount is in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We will issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed on something else.
When you place an order at our website an account will automatic be created. It will give you the possibility to follow your order and to return your product if needed.
