When you first slip them on, they may feel a little snug across the toes and instep. Don’t worry — within an hour or so, the natural wool will gently bed down and mould perfectly to the shape of your feet, creating a personalised fit.

The slippers fit true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual size.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.

*Import duties and import taxes are not covered in the product prices.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. We accept returned items within 60 days following the delivery of your order. You may try on the bought items at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: not used and with the original tag attached. 

Return costs of unwanted goods are paid by the buyer.
